1 General Terms

By using the jk11.biz website and its associated services, you are deemed to have automatically agreed to these Terms & Conditions. We therefore recommend reading them carefully as soon as you first visit the site.

2 Account Registration

• Each person may only register one account. Opening multiple accounts from the same device, IP address, or payment method is strictly prohibited.
• After account registration, a copy of your National ID or passport may be requested for identity verification.
• Opening an account under someone else's name or with false information is strictly prohibited.

After registration, a verification code will be sent to your email or phone number. You'll need to use it to activate your account. For your account's security, use a strong password and never share it with anyone.

3 Deposits & Withdrawals

Jk11 accepts deposits via Mobile Pay, Nagad, and Rocket. Payment rules:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳300.
• Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Withdrawal requests are processed within 24 hours.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Identity verification (KYC) must be completed before your first withdrawal.

If a deposit does not reflect in your account due to a technical issue, please contact our support team with your transaction ID. jk11 will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

4 Bonuses & Promotions

Jk11 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. General terms applicable to all bonuses:

• Each bonus comes with specific wagering requirements (rollover) that must be met before any withdrawal can be made.
• The welcome bonus generally requires an application after your first deposit.
• Winnings from bets placed with bonus balance are only converted to real money after the wagering requirements have been fulfilled.
• Multiple bonus offers cannot be claimed simultaneously unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonuses are generally valid for 7 to 30 days. Once expired, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.

5 Betting Rules

The following rules apply when placing bets on jk11:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled (except where a cash-out option is available).
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a system or technical error, the affected bet will be considered void.
• Live betting odds can change rapidly once a match is underway. The odds displayed at the time of bet confirmation are final.
• In accumulator bets, if one leg is voided, that leg will be counted at odds of 1.0.
• Jk11 reserves the right to set maximum bet limits on any wager.

In the event of a dispute over a match result, jk11 will verify the outcome through official sources (such as ESPN, Cricinfo, and FIFA) before making a decision. That decision is final and binding.

6 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on jk11:

• Involvement in match fixing or any form of sports corruption.
• Placing bets using bots or automated software.
• Creating multiple accounts to take advantage of bonus offers.
• Selling or transferring your account to another person.
• Placing bets using insider information.
• Attempting to identify or exploit security vulnerabilities in the platform.
• Attempting to steal another member's account credentials.

7 Account Closure & Suspension

Jk11 may suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of the Terms & Conditions.
• If false information is found during identity verification.
• If the account holder is identified as a minor.
• If an account has been inactive for an extended period (12 months or more).
• If evidence of suspicious transactions or fraudulent activity is found.

To close your account voluntarily, please contact our Support team. If no rule violations are on record, your remaining balance will be refunded.

8 Responsible Gaming

Jk11 is committed to responsible gaming. We want every member to enjoy betting for fun — free from pressure or harm.

Members have access to the following features:

• Deposit Limits: Setting daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• Betting Limits: Limiting the total bet amount within a set time period.
